Refund Policy - the basics

At Selemo, every product is handcrafted with love and care. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive:

  • A damaged or defective item, or

  • A wrong product delivered,

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photo evidence. After verification, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.

💡 Note:

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike of fragrance, or delayed delivery by courier partners.

  • Custom orders or gift boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
